Delightful light fashion shoot featuring Kim Woo-Bin and robin’s egg blue, apparently.

It’s from a magazine I hadn’t heard of before, Woman Joong Ang; sounds like a ladies’ journal, which explains a bit of the innocent olden-days feel to the shoot. I really, really like the jacket at the top, though. It balances plaid with a low-contrast scheme, but uses it well for a spring brightened suit look.

Yoo Seung-Ho, evil tease, off to his military duties, left us with some pretty summery pictures at least.

(Who else is thrilled to be seeing spring come around, at least in pictures?)

These clothes are kind of anti-trendy. The suits are somewhat throw-backs. The casual outfits all have some dated edge. Almost like they were going for the look of an old developed-film photograph series. Which is kind of nice, actually.

And Yoo Seung-Ho actually has a face that I can see being a leading man of an earlier decade, too, can’t you?

Some more photos from that shoot, now I’ve looked it up (because holy toledo, that is gorgeous).

They’re clearly playing dark-and-light with his naturally preppy vibe. In the clean cut cardigan-and-school-shirt side his punkish earrings out the bad boy who then is wearing three different dotted patterns together to live it up.

(PLAYAH. Apparently the only justice of the gods on these ladykillers is a: never get the drama’s heroine or b: wear busy patterns without realizing it.)

Because I couldn’t sanely fit them all into this post, there are more if you click through to omonatheydidn’t.

Sometimes photos are perfect, and then I have to figure out why they can go on my blog…
Also, bless Google for the search-by-image feature, that may be the legit next wave of the future improving our lives. (PSA that also means no excuses for not crediting artwork! /psa)
This is Miura Haruma, in a lovely waffle’y knit that looks more tasty than dressy. It’s kind of sculptural, with the layered cardigan, henley—simple buttoned closure lines. Lovely portrait, too, if you aren’t just staring at the texture of the knits like me…
Bleached-blonde hair gives this outfit a medley look; the hipster frames mesh well with the jacket-look of the sweater—and then the smoke and untucked undershirt mesh more with the flash of the hairstyle.
It’s cultivated, no mistake, but it’s also natural.

My Mukai crush has been on the down-low lately—I have had these photos forever, but now it’s cooling off (here, anyway) it’s a lovely set for a little fall color!

Mukai Osamu is problematic for me, because he looks best in jeans and tees. Boots and low-profile sweaters. But this one is such a *pretty* sweater!

It’s understandable why more fashion shoots don’t happen in the rain, but lovely pictures like this make me wish they did…

This is just hot, okay. From the dappled light on the fallen leaves (is it autumn yet?), the deep black-and-white where everything is texture.
The car, of course, is my favorite, but creased pants with a cardigan and tie has that old-time college look that says “class”. Or “upper class”, whichever makes you feel more envious.
I’m pretty pleased to see simple argyles, and this sneakers, fitted-khaki, sweater combo is nice and clean, classic.
On Taeyang it takes an interesting hip-hop dress-up aspect, but he looks pretty good!

Another instance of that crazy fringed hood, last seen on Lee Min Ki. (Haven’t posted those here, I have so many pictures of him I’m trying to portion out..)

And then a couple of photos sure to worm their way into my heart with a newsie/cabbie cap, an at-work-artist look that includes camera and harrasment on a phone. What a cute worried face he makes!

It’s the expressions that really make this photograph, and I think it’s awesome to see the divide—in the hood he’s looking monolithic and impassive, and the angle adds to that illusion. While in the other two he’s retiring, and down the sightline, and he seems like a totally other person. One I’d actually like to say hello to, and ask where he got his hat.

This boy’s hair is the exact color mine would be if it didn’t curl so much and reflect the light. Wayyyy whiter, though, which is why these spring colors are a little too cold for him, but look fantastic in contrast.
I know, I’ve been posting more “random people” photos—I need more suggestions of celebrities you want to see, so I can keep my pool of candidates fresh! Just hit up my ask box.
Gosh, our hair is gorgeous. ;P

I did not know, or at least remember, that Kim Jae-Wook was doing his military service starting last year! Huh. (The things we find out skimming across Wikipedia…)
Anyway. Kim Jae-Wook is a stunner, but I prefer him in motion or like this, unguarded, instead of posed. So this, uh, blends my interests.
Also, the bright blue contrasting the sweater’s gray is nice, especially pushed back like that.
Adore the tweed under boots with a school-boy cardi look on her—just boyish enough to be cute on a woman.
The setting, though, this setting is fantastic. I’m writing stories in my head to that lighting right now…
Wu Chun, who I love as Hana-Kimi’s Sano tho I have yet to watch episode 6, never mind the whole show.
The Asians love their watches and in some of the Taiwanese shows I find them distracting, but this one is particularly classy, and draws out the color of his cardigan…
